I recognize that as a businessman and a family man that success is a team effort. Made up with a healthy family, a strong support group( employees, subcontractors, and suppliers), and a good solid relationship with each of your customers. When a person can balance these three then success is immanent. But with out one the rest struggle.

Being an environmentally friendly company is more than a good idea, it makes good sense. Each year environmental accidents cost business and industries millions of dollars a year and it’s a fact that government regulations are becoming more stringent and pervasive each year.
We at Oilboss Rentals are here to help you do just that. It is our mission to become one of the most environmentally friendly companies in Alberta. In doing so, we will be there to help you to do the same.
Our Team

Gerry Casorso – President & CEO
As the president and CEO of Oil Boss Rentals I actually started this business from the ground up. Working on the rigs and moving up through the positions, I soon realized that if I wanted to have a family and see my kids grow up. There was going to need to be some changes.
As the operator on the service rigs I recognized immediately how much time,(I spent of my own time,) dropping of the garbage, picking up fuel, dropping of the guys and loading up with supplie’s each night after work. So I built some skid units in 2001, they had a portable toilet, garbage disposal including being able to recycle the oil absorbent pads, contaminated soil and used motor oil. 1 unit turned into 4 and then I needed the support equipment for the Enviro Bins.
At that time I was still working and trying to keep up with my little side project. But it soon got to the point were I had to decided what I wanted to do because I wasn’t doing either one as well as I could have been so, I thought that the rigs would always be there to fall back on if I needed and this would give me a way out so that I would be home more and be able to have a family.
From there things weren’t easy, money was tight, competition was tough, but once you make a few good relationships and you watch your money tightly, little by little it gets easier. In 2010 we bought out a rental company in Edson and one in Calgary. This allowed us to grow overnight for the most part to a size that we needed to start having a full time salesman and some office staff. For the first time in 9 years I was actually able to take some time off, not totally stress free but comfortable enough that I wasn’t concerned about my world falling apart while I was gone.
This year we celebrate our 10th year in business.
